Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings made through this website are subject to confirmation via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to accept or decline a request after reviewing the details submitted via the booking form.

2. Pricing and Taxes

All standard service prices include Swiss Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 8.1%. For cross-border transportation (e.g., Switzerland to EU countries), VAT will be applied according to the tax regulations of the destination country/region and itemized separately on the final invoice. Clients are responsible for any customs duties or administrative fees related to cross-border travel.

Note: Switzerland is not an EU member; services to EU countries may require EU VAT rules (e.g., One-Stop Shop mechanism).

3. Payments

Payments are accepted via secure payment links (e.g., Payrexx). A booking is only considered confirmed once full payment is received unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to partial or full charges.

During peak seasons (December 1 – February 28 and July 1 – August 31), cancellations require 72 hours’ notice for a full refund. Late cancellations incur 100% charges. Force majeure cancellations (e.g., government-declared blizzard warnings) are exempt if documented in writing.

Note: The Extended 72-hour window accounts for Swiss winter risks; exemptions require official proof.

XuHui Limo shall not be held liable for any additional costs, delays, or service disruptions resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, traffic accidents, road closures, protests, strikes, or any unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. 7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of this website implies acceptance of any modifications.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the company’s registered canton (e.g., Zurich). Clients expressly waive the right to invoke any other legal venue.

Note: Explicit CISG exclusion avoids conflicts; Swiss courts are efficient. Exclusive jurisdiction reduces litigation risks.
